Youth Exchange in Portugal

We are looking for participants, to take part in the Youth Exchange “Know More, Do Better” that will take place in Paços de Ferreira (Oporto, Portugal).

The project is about social inclusion, human rights and trafficking in human beings. The activities will be based on constructive discussions, role-playing, peer learning, presentations, active participation, learning through experiences, group dynamics, artistic creation, theater forum, among others.

The goals of the project are:
Strengthen the role of young people in promoting human rights;
Establish a global vision of discrimination, focusing on accepting diversity, including and combating prejudices and stereotypes among young people;
Promote intercultural and inter-religious dialogue, freedom and tolerance;
Raise awareness on trafficking in human beings and promote the inclusion of victims of this phenomenon;
Develop the critical spirit and the sense of initiative of the young participants.

When? 8 to 16 of April 2019

Where?  Paços de Ferreira, Portugal

Who? Young people between 18 and 25 years old

How much? 0, the Erasmus+ programme covers all costs.
