All of us set goals or missions in life, filling our daily lives with events, activities, thoughts, and actions. Every mission we set is meant to make an impact. The project Youth On A Mission, funded by the European Commission, is a perfect example of setting a goal and bringing it to life.

Young people from Ukraine, Romania, Georgia, and Spain will come together for a two-month project with the main mission of connecting Ukrainian kids and teens with Romanian youth. In the non-formal, cozy, and welcoming environment of UkrKidsHub, they will organize various activities designed to inspire, heal, and unite.

  • Art therapy helps participants express emotions and feelings, showing that we are all different and see life in unique ways. It encourages embracing diversity and celebrating the uniqueness of each individual.
  • The psychology club helps young people understand themselves better, especially in new environments. It provides tools for better communication and strategies for dealing with stressful or conflict situations.
  • Sports and dance clubs focus on movement and physical health, promoting the idea of a healthy body and a healthy spirit.

These are just a few examples of what the volunteers will be working on. However, we know that our main goal is to serve our target group effectively. That’s why we also have an analytical team: dedicated and detail-oriented, they will help us evaluate whether our activities are truly beneficial for the kids. They will join every activity with the kids and teens, and based on feedback forms, they will create a monthly report to assess if any adjustments or changes are needed.

Of course, all these amazing activities should be visible, and we want more and more people to learn about them. That’s why we also have a media team to share our journey and impact with the world.

It looks like a solid plan, doesn’t it?
