Timiş County Foundation for Youth (FITT) invites you to participate in the course "management of volunteers in student organizations-tools, steps and models of good practice", which will be held from 19-21 to October 2018 at the Youth House of Timişoara (arieş Street) 19). Programme: 19-20 october, 09:30-17:30; October 21st, 09:30-15:00. This training session is dedicated to young students aged 18 to 26 and youth workers from student organizations aged between 18 and 35 years (provided they are still students). The training session is part of a series of 3 courses within the project "promoting volunteering among students". The project is conducted between July and November 2018, with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sport (MTS) and in partnership with the National Alliance of Student Organisations in Romania (ANOSR) – bucharest, The association of Psychologists students from Romania (harsh) – Cluj-napoca, the student organisation of the West University of Timisoara (OSUT), the students ' organization of Tehnicădin University Cluj-napoca, the Iaşi PRIME Association and the Students ' League of the Faculty of Automation and Timisoara Computers. The information you can learn in this training includes:-preparing the organization to receive volunteers and to manage voluntary programmes-analysis of needs within the Organisation for the development and implementation of Volunteer programs-the role of volunteer coordinator-steps in creating a volunteer management Procedure-tools to be used in the volunteer management Process-compulsory documents by volunteering law 78/2014-the process Issuing the voluntary certificate (steps, elements, support Documents)-how We recruit, select, motivate volunteers-guidance, supervision, monitoring, Evaluation Registration is done by completing the form Here.
