Timiş County Foundation for Youth (FITT) invites you to participate in the course "preparing organizations student to involve volunteers" which will be held between 28-30 September 2018 at the Youth House of Timisoara (Arieş Street Nr. 19) Program: 28-29 September, 09:30-17:30 30 September, 09:30-15:00 This training session is dedicated to young students aged 18 to 26 and youth workers from student organizations aged 18 to 35 years (provided they are still students). The training session is part of a series of 3 courses to be held under the "promotion of volunteering among students" project. The project takes place between July and November 2018, with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sport and in partnership with the National Alliance of Romanian Student Organisations (ANOSR) – Bucharest, the Romanian Psychologists Association ( Harsh) – Cluj-Napoca, the student organisation of the West University of Timisoara (OSUT), the student organization of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, the PRIME Association of Iaşi and the Students League of the Faculty of Automation and calculators Timisoara. In order to ensure a learning process based on the need of the participants we invite you to fill in the registration form above with seriousness and interest. Thank! The information you can learn in this training session includes:-Volunteering-concept, an integrated value in the organization-voluntary vs. Member-Differences and similarities-analysis of needs of the organization to involve volunteers-procedures, work tools-steps in creating a volunteer management system-ingredients for identifying the right volunteer coordinator and the role -Volunteering Law 78/2014-compulsory documents, rights and responsibilities for organizations and volunteers-volunteer programs-steps in shaping their trainers for the two training sessions are Ana-Maria gardener and Maria Camilo Participation can be done within the limit of 1 person/organization. The selection of participants will be made following the completion of the registration form above. Selected participants will receive information about the results of the selection process by 23 September 2018 at the latest. For this course the Timiş Youth County Foundation (FITT) covers accommodation costs as well as meals during the training session.
