  1. General Data:

Please send us the technical-financial offer for the provision Serviciilorde editing and printing materials information and advertising, necessary to conduct the project titled "Innovation Center and excellence in the field of public youth policies" , cod SIPOCA 351/SMIS2014 + 112332, as described in the annexed specification, acquirer: Tims Youth County Foundation.  

  1. Mandatory conditions:

The bidder will elaborate the technical-financial offer as follows:

  1. The technical offer is submitted by stamp and signature
  2. Financial offer according to forms 1, 2

 

  • General Conditions

When drawing up the offer, the bidder will take into account the following:

  1. The technical-financial offer will contain minimally the technical specifications presented in the annexed specification.
  2. Term of validity of the offer at least 30 days.
  3. Payment for the provision of services shall be made on the basis of the invoice and on the basis of the minutes of reception of the services rendered, accompanied by the documents certifying their supply.
  4. The payment period shall be not more than 30 days from the date of issue of the tax invoice by the provider and from the objections signing of the minutes of reception of the services rendered. Payment will be made in MDL by O.P.
  5. The provider will provide the services in accordance with the offer and the specifications, without further additional costs for the purchaser. The price of the offer is firm and cannot be changed during the service rendering.
  6. The deadline for submitting/transmitting the technical-financial offer is up to the latest on 24.07.2018, 18.00

 

  1. The estimated value of the purchase is 15.650 lei without VAT.

  IMPORTANT: The purchaser will award the contract to the bidder whose admissible offer applying the Celmaibunraportcalitate-Price award criterion.   The technical-financial offer will be developed in accordance with precisely the requirements of the request for tender and the specifications on the site www.fitt.ro the technical-financial offer assumed by the economic operator by signature and stamp will E-mail achizitii@fitt.ro. Any requests for clarifications and answers to clarifications looked at the attribution documentation will be transmitted on e-mail achizitii@fitt.ro.   Incomplete tenders or which will not comply with the abovementioned requirements shall not be subject to analysis.
