At FITT, “we” means young people, ideas, and communities growing together.

FITT is about “us, the young people” — a “we” in which young people, youth workers, volunteers, and local or international partners all play an active role. Whether you are involved in projects at the Youth House, take part in international initiatives, or simply want to make a change in your neighborhood, you are welcome at FITT. Our goal is to create real opportunities for youth participation, personal development, and social impact, within a safe, inclusive, and open space for everyone.

Our mission – Acting together for and with young people

We believe that young people should be at the center of the processes that affect them. That is why at FITT we don’t just work for young people — we work with them. We co-create activities, initiatives, and local policies that reflect their needs and dreams. Whether we organize festivals, non-formal education sessions, or international volunteering programs, we do everything with the conviction that authentic involvement leads to real transformation.
